A Continental Breakfast is provided for our Vendors!!!
We ask that all vendors provide a door prize.

The FEE for this 2017 event is $100.00 and must be received no later than Monday, March 20, 2017

This amount includes one (1) 6’ table and two (2) chairs; you will be responsible for your own table linens. 
We have limited electrical booths available.  It will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and will cost an additional $25.00.

EARLY REGISTRATION FINAL DATE IS WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2017.  Early registration enters you into a drawing for a FREE ($100 value) certificate which pays your entry fee for the 2018 Extravaganza!

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or mail with your check to the address listed below.  Once your registration has been received an invoice will be electronically generated and sent to the email address you have provided.  If you have not already mailed your check with the registration form, you can then either pay electronically via credit card at that time or mail your payment with a copy of the invoice to the address listed below.
